Anthony J. Kupstas Mr. Kupstas began his employment with Pension Appraisers, Inc. in January, 2001. Prior to 2001, Mr. Kupstas was employed at a major corporation where he was responsible for the review and implementation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, the computation of pension benefits for employees who anticipated retirement, and processing employees for retirement through the payroll system. Currently, Mr. Kupstas has been focusing on both the drafting of domestic relations orders and determining the present value of defined benefit pension plans for equitable distribution. Mr. Kupstas has worked with all types of plans, including qualified plans which fall under the rules and regulations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), state and local governmental plans, the Military Retirement System, both the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) and the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), and the Railroad Retirement System.
