Court Testimony

Payment is required with all requests. We no longer issue invoices.
Payment will be accepted via the following methods: 1) Check drawn on an attorney’s account, 2) money order, 3) credit card, 4) personal check. PLEASE NOTE: Requests accompanied by personal checks will be held for two weeks to ensure that the check clears. A $25 fee will be assessed on cancellations received after a payment is processed in our office.
